These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, podcast, courses, and other services provided by Dr. Jessica Fish, doing business as Inlighted Method ("Inlighted," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Inlighted provides educational content including a podcast, online courses, practitioner training programs (including The Master Cohort and Inlighted Modules), and related materials. Our Services are offered for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for licensed medical care, mental health treatment, or other professional advice.

All content provided through Inlighted — including the podcast, courses, and training programs — is offered for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Inlighted's content reflects the perspectives and clinical experience of Dr. Jessica Fish. Individual results vary. Nothing in our Services creates a doctor-patient relationship.

- Practitioner Training Disclaimer
The Inlighted Institute, The Master Cohort, and Inlighted Modules are independent practitioner training programs. They are not state-accredited educational institutions and do not confer medical, chiropractic, or other professional licenses. Participation does not authorize you to practice any regulated healthcare profession. You are responsible for ensuring your use of techniques learned through Inlighted complies with the licensure and scope-of-practice laws of your jurisdiction.
- Account and Enrollment
Some Services require you to register an account or enroll in a program. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you authorize the charge and agree to the specific refund policy for that product or program, which is:
- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content and the live "seats" taken in the cohort, refunds are not available after the first 7 days of the start date.
- Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methodologies offered through Inlighted — including The Inlighted Method, written materials, video, audio, course modules, and branding — are owned by Dr. Jessica Fish and Inlighted, or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Your enrollment in a course or program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own learning and practice. It does not grant ownership.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Share account access with others
- Reproduce or redistribute course materials
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our content to train artificial intelligence models or scrape data
- Testimonials and Results
Testimonials and case stories shared through Inlighted represent individual experiences. They are not guarantees of similar results. Your outcomes will depend on your circumstances, effort, and other factors outside our control.
- Earnings and Practice Disclaimer
Any reference to practice growth, professional development, or business outcomes for practitioners enrolled in training programs is not a guarantee of income, professional success, or business results. Outcomes depend on factors specific to your practice, market, and effort.

- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inlighted, Dr. Jessica Fish, and any related parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inlighted, Dr. Jessica Fish, and related parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
