The muscles are the diagnostic.
Inlighted Structure is the two-month intro to muscle testing — over 70 muscles, joint evaluation, and the differential diagnosis to know whether what you're seeing is neurological, muscular, or emotional. Begins June 17.

Inlighted Structure, Trained in a Module
The Inlighted Method teaches practitioners to read the body's electrical map. The body is wired — 2,500 nerve endings per square centimeter in the fingertips alone — and that wiring carries information your client can't articulate cognitively. You learn to read it directly.
In the Structure module, you read the body's electrical signaling through its muscles. A muscle that weakens under test isn't itself broken — it's the readout of what's happening upstream. The differential diagnosis is the work of figuring out whether what you're seeing is neurological, muscular, or emotional in origin.
You learn in cohort, not solo.
- Live sessions with peer practitioners. Case workshopping in The Pulse- a online community space for collaborations and questions.
- One Denver weekend intensive, where you put hands on bodies with feedback.
What You'll Learn
Inlighted Structure trains practitioners to read the body's first layer — muscles and joints — and route the cause of what they're seeing.
MUSCLE TESTING
Over 70 individual muscles, each tested directly. You'll learn the technique muscle by muscle — what a strong response feels like, what a weak response means (the "lock" vs the "wobble", and how to test consistently across body sides and positions.
JOINT EVALUATION
Compensation patterns. Where one muscle's weakness is masking what's happening one joint over. This is where the practitioner learns to follow the chain rather than chase the symptom. Pain is a great indicator something is wrong, terrible at telling us where- until now.
THE DIFFERENTIAL
Every muscle finding has three possible causes: neurological, muscular, or emotional. You'll learn to differentiate which one you're looking at — because the same muscle weakness routed to the wrong cause produces no progress.
By the end of two months: a muscle testing practice you can run in your clinic immediately. No complicated manuals.
For non-chiropractic practitioners — you'll learn when a finding routes to neurological causes and how to refer cleanly without losing the client.
For chiropractor students — the adjustment technique is demonstrated directly, integrated with the muscle testing protocol.
What This Is and Isn't
NOT a replacement for what you already do.
IS an additive tool that stacks with your existing practice.
NOT a vague energy framework.
IS a muscle testing protocol with differential diagnosis built in.
NOT "forget what your previous teachers taught you."
IS meant to stack with what you already know.
NOT an influencer's personal brand.
IS a clinical method built and refined over the past 40 years.
Your Two Months

Mondays, 10am MST — Weekly Q&A and case workshopping. Live with the cohort, recorded.
The Pulse — Your practitioner community. Post cases, ask questions, discuss work asynchronously. Open throughout the module.
Denver Intensive
One weekend intensive in Denver, Colorado. Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 9am–2pm. Hands-on muscle testing with peer practitioners and direct feedback from me.
Structure Intensive Weekend: August 1–2

Total time outside the intensive weekend: roughly 4–6 hours per week of live sessions and practice.
Module-only students train alongside the Master Cohort during live sessions. Same instruction, same depth — just a shorter commitment.
What This Looks Like
A man in his fifties came in as a last resort. Classic frozen shoulder — he could only lift his arm to 90 degrees, parallel to the ground. He'd been to the orthopedic doctor. He'd been to other chiropractors. Nobody could figure out what was going on.
I checked the major muscles of the shoulder first — deltoid, rhomboid, pectoralis, the obvious candidates. The muscles weren't the issue. Then I checked the biceps tendon. It was out of the groove in the humerus where it normally sits.
I adjusted his spine so the major muscles of the shoulder could actually stabilize the area, then used my tapper to set the tendon back into place. He regained full range of motion in the appointment. He comes in regularly now for prevention and maintenance.
The Structure module trains this exact move — testing the obvious first, then following the compensation chain to where the issue actually lives.
Who This Is For
For you if:
- You want a focused two-month training in muscle testing
- You can commit to live Wednesday classes and Monday Q&A sessions
- You can travel to Denver for one weekend intensive (August 1–2)
- You work with bodies — chiropractor, bodyworker, naturopath, acupuncturist, or other manual practitioner
- You want to learn the differential between neurological, muscular, and emotional findings
- You're committed to growing — your practice, your skill, your awareness
Not for you if:
- You want the full integrated method across all three pillars — take the Master Cohort instead
- You can't travel to Denver for the August 1–2 intensive
- You're looking for a self-paced video library
- You're after a quick certification or credential — this is skill development, not a checkbox
- You're looking for state accreditation or licensure (this isn't that, yet)
- You're not committed to growing your practice, skill, or awareness
Healing is awareness.
Recognition is intervention.
The cases other practitioners can't help — that's this technique's sweet spot. I specialize in the cases no one else can figure out.
Ten years ago I took over Dr. Ted Winchester's practice. He'd built the clinical technique over thirty years — muscle testing as a diagnostic tool — and trained me for eighteen months before handing me his clients. He passed not long after.
Years later, I recognized one of the emotional technique's core frameworks as belonging to Caroline Myss. I tracked her down, asked permission to continue using and teaching it, and she said yes. That act of naming what came before you is part of the work.
My name is Dr. Jessica Fish and I'm a chiropractor with a science & math background and ten years of practice in cases other practitioners couldn't crack. I built Inlighted Method as the teaching framework for what Dr. Ted taught me, refined by what showed up in my own practice over the past decade.
I'm a mix between the science and woo-woo, and I will show you why the woo works.
I'm teaching now because the work is too good to keep clinical-only. The right clients have been finding it for ten years. This is how more practitioners can.
