Inlighted Nutrition, Trained in a Module
The Inlighted Method teaches practitioners to read the body's electrical map. The body is wired — 2,500 nerve endings per square centimeter in the fingertips alone — and that wiring carries information your client can't articulate cognitively. You learn to read it directly.
In the Emotion module, you read the body's emotional layer through muscle testing. The body carries emotional stories in specific patterns as symptoms in the body— and those patterns map to chakras, each associated with the type of charge it holds. The work is to identify the chakra carrying the charge, draw the story out, and guide the client through an emotional somatic release that moves the emotion from the subconscious (AKA body) into conscious processing (AKA mind).
You learn in cohort, not solo.
- Live sessions with peer practitioners. Case workshopping in The Pulse- a online community space for collaborations and questions.
- One Denver weekend intensive, where you put hands on bodies with feedback.
What You'll Learn
Inlighted Emotion trains practitioners to read the body's emotional layer — what the body is carrying, where it lives, and how to bring it to conscious release.
IDENTIFY THE PATTERN
When you've ruled out neurological, muscular, or nutritional causes for a symptom, what's left is emotional. You'll learn the testing logic to identify when a pattern is emotional in origin — not by guesswork, but by ruling out the layers above it.
MAP THE PATH
Every stored emotion not only has a location in the body— but a chakra associated holding that charge. You'll learn the chakra-emotion mapping. And how to use muscle testing to draw the story out of the body.
RECOGNITION & RELEASE
The release work. The story moves from the subconscious (AKA body) into the frontal cortex — where the client's cognitive brain can recognize it, name it, and let it move through the body and out. Recognition is the clearing.
By the end of two months: an emotional somatic release practice you can run in your clinic immediately. No book in the other hand.
Whether you work with body, mind, or both — Inlighted Emotion adds the diagnostic layer that turns emotional work from intuitive to specific.
What This Is and Isn't
NOT a replacement for what you already do.
IS an additive tool that stacks with your existing practice.
NOT a vague energy framework.
IS a muscle testing protocol with differential diagnosis built in.
NOT "forget what your previous teachers taught you."
IS meant to stack with what you already know.
NOT an influencer's personal brand.
IS a clinical method built and refined over the past 40 years.

What This Looks Like
A young mother came in for structural work in her legs. Muscle testing told me it wasn't structural or muscular — it was emotional.
She had a nine-month-old who wouldn't stop crying. Dad would hold the baby. Grandma would hold the baby. The baby cried until mom picked her up. The mother was exhausted.
My assistant was holding the baby in the front office during the appointment. We could hear the crying through the wall.
When I asked her about the emotion, the story that surfaced was: I am failing as a mother because I can't make my baby happy. What came through me in response — and I mean through me, one of the first times I felt that kind of channeled message — was: It will never be your job to make your baby happy. That's a story we get sold by capitalism — that we need to do things or buy things to make other people happy. I joked that she needed to release this pattern before her daughter became a teenager, because nothing makes them happy.
The moment I tested that the emotion was gone, the baby stopped crying in the other room. We looked at each other in shock. I saw the same client years later. She told me the baby stopped crying from that day on.
The Emotion module trains this exact move — recognizing when a body is carrying emotional charge, then guiding the client through the somatic release that lets the story go.
Who This Is For
For you if:
- You want a focused two-month training in muscle testing
- You can commit to live Wednesday classes and Monday Q&A sessions
- You can travel to Denver for one weekend intensive (November 21–22)
- You work with clients on emotional patterns — whether as a therapist, body worker, energy worker, somatic practitioner, or in another modality
- You want to read the body's emotional layer through muscle testing — and have the differential rigor to know when a finding is emotional vs. structural or nutritional
- You're committed to growing — your practice, your skill, your awareness
Not for you if:
- You want the full integrated method across all three modules — take the Master Cohort instead
- You can't travel to Denver for the November 21–22 intensive (See FAQ)
- You're looking for a self-paced video library
- You're after a quick certification or credential — this is skill development, not a checkbox
- You're looking for state accreditation or licensure (this isn't that, yet)
- You're not committed to growing your practice, skill, or awareness
Healing is awareness.
Recognition is intervention.
The cases other practitioners can't help — that's this technique's sweet spot. I specialize in the cases no one else can figure out.
Ten years ago I took over Dr. Ted Winchester's practice. He'd built the clinical technique over thirty years — muscle testing as a diagnostic tool — and trained me for eighteen months before handing me his clients. He passed not long after.
Years later, I recognized one of the emotional technique's core frameworks as belonging to Caroline Myss. I tracked her down, asked permission to continue using and teaching it, and she said yes. That act of naming what came before you is part of the work.
My name is Dr. Jessica Fish and I'm a chiropractor with a science & math background and ten years of practice in cases other practitioners couldn't crack. I built Inlighted Method as the teaching framework for what Dr. Ted taught me, refined by what showed up in my own practice over the past decade.
I'm a mix between the science and woo-woo, and I will show you why the woo works.
I'm teaching now because the work is too good to keep clinical-only. The right clients have been finding it for ten years. This is how more practitioners can.
